Bay's Elite Management Group, headed by Pedram Karbassi, started as a family business in July of 2000. After Pedram acquired a triplex in Oakland and completed the rehabilitating of the units, he moved into one apartment and started managing this small complex. Later he acquired another building and started to manage this second property. By middle of 2001, he decided to embark upon managing properties for multifamily investors in Oakland as he had found his passion in the field of real estate.
Along with managing properties in Oakland, Pedram started doing real estate brokerage by selling investment properties initially at Wells & Bennett Realtors until 2004. He later moved his brokerage and advisory business to TRI Commercial where he consistently closed in excess of $30 Million from 2007 through 2012. When he left TRI Commercial to establish Bay's Elite Investments Inc. (BEI), he continued to sharpen his skills in the brokerage and management business. Bay's Elite Investments has continued to close in excess of $35 Million in commercial real estate annually since 2012.
Bay's Elite Management Inc. is a subsidiary of BEI which has been managing multifamily assets in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties since 2003. We are primarily a property management company in Oakland but cover Berkeley and surrounding cities. Bay's Elite Management is a boutique operation that has about 400+ units under management.

Principal
Pedram has lived in the bay area for the past 24 years. He has thorough knowledge of Oakland and Berkeley rent and eviction control laws. He is a previous board member of RHANAC (Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County) and a current member. He is a UC Berkeley graduate and also holds an MBA degree from Golden Gate University with an emphasis in management and finance. Pedram is known for his “Elite” management approach to owners’ and residents’ needs alike. The company’s “No Vacancy” motto, as inscribed in the company’s mission statement, is the way and objective of doing business every day. Bay’s Elite Management Group’s effective business plan eliminates the high costs of doing business without compromising on the level of service.
Bookkeeper
Nooshin is responsible for keeping the books, accounting for all the rents collected and the expenses incurred. He would provide monthly Profit & Loss statements to property owners and quarterly record of all the detailed income and expense figures.
